Methodology


Most of the courses include simulation games. These provide a thrilling experience to participants who take over the management of a financial institution or micro business and take decisions, under virtual competitive pressure, uncertain macro-economic circumstances and time stress. They assess their results and draw conclusions for their own business and ways of working. The simulations are provided in partnership with the German Savings Banks’ Foundation for International Cooperation.

Each training seminar is delivered in presentation style with interactive debates and round-table sessions during which participants analyse how specific topics can be undertaken within their organisation. Therefore, we recommend 2-3 participants from each organisation attend, as experience shows that teamwork greatly improves strategy development.

Modular approach: each programme is organised in modules of 2, 3 or 5 days and therefore can be rearranged in order to meet the needs of the audience.

Maximum number of participants: 17 for management courses and 25 for the other courses​
